Operating Principle:By reducing the pressure inside the cavity through vacuum pumping, the boiling point of the solvent is lowered. As the pressure decreases, the boiling point of the solution follows suit, and thus, when the pressure reaches a certain level, the solution begins to boil. Simultaneously, continuous centrifugation of the sample ensures that the solution is continually collected at the bottom of the centrifuge tube, preventing boiling over and contamination or loss of the sample. Solvent vapors, upon passing through a low-temperature cold trap, condense and are captured, protecting the vacuum pump and extending its service life. Moreover, the sample remains in a低温 and vacuum environment, which can prevent inactivation and oxidation of heat-sensitive samples.
