The GSL series high-pressure homogenizer by Shanghai Jingxin Industrial Co., Ltd. utilizes a high-pressure pump to pressurize materials to a certain pressure, then through the narrow gap of the homogenization valve, the materials are subjected to shearing, impact, and cavitation effects under high pressure, achieving homogenization, emulsification, and fracturing. The instrument features an internal cooling circulation system for direct cooling of the homogenizer head, optional secondary homogenization modules, and various homogenization valves for different applications. Homogenization is the process of dispersing and evening out particles in a suspension (or emulsion) system, which simultaneously reduces the size of the dispersed matter and enhances the uniformity of its distribution.
The principle of high-pressure homogenization:
The high-pressure pump head components operate by drawing material through a one-way valve into the pump chamber. Under the force of the plunger, the fluid material between the pump chamber and the homogenizing valve seat builds up an extremely high pressure.
As high-pressure material passes through the homogenizing valve assembly, it generates the following three homogenizing effects:
Shearing action, with a very small gap between the uniform valve seat and valve core, shears material particles.
② Hole effect, the material instantaneously loses pressure during high-speed extrusion, ultimately achieving the purpose of even distribution of the material.
③Collision action: High-speed extruded material impacts the collision ring at an extremely high speed, resulting in collision crushing
