The GSL series high-pressure homogenizer from Shanghai Jingxin Industrial Co., Ltd. is a device that uses a high-pressure pump to increase the pressure of materials to a certain level, then through the narrow gap of the homogenization valve, the materials are subjected to shearing, impact, and cavitation effects under high pressure, achieving homogenization, emulsification, and fragmentation. The instrument features an integrated cooling circulation system that directly cools the homogenizer head, optional secondary homogenization modules, and available for different applications' homogenization valves. Homogenization is the process that disperses and uniformizes particles in a suspension (or emulsion) system, concurrently reducing the particle size and enhancing the uniform distribution of the dispersed matter.
Principle of high-pressure homogenization:
The high-pressure pump head component draws the material through a one-way valve into the pump chamber during operation. Under the force of the plunger, the fluid material between the pump chamber and the homogenizing valve seat forms a very high pressure.
As high-pressure materials pass through the homogeneous valve component, three types of homogeneous effects are produced:
Shearing action; the gap between the uniform valve seat and valve core is very small, shearing the material particles
② Void effect, the material instantaneously loses pressure during high-speed extrusion, ultimately achieving the purpose of even distribution of the material.
③Collision action, high-speed extruded material impacts the collision ring at an extremely high speed, resulting in collision crushing
