Fluidized bed air jet mill is suitable for ultra-fine crushing of various dry materials, with particle fineness reaching 1~10μm. Capable of crushing materials such as high purity ceramics, electronic materials, battery materials, fine chemicals, minerals like kaolin, graphite, quartz, calcium carbonate, clay, zircon sand, talc, chemicals like titanium dioxide, engineering plastics, barium sulfate, alumina, dyes, pigments, and carbon black, as well as pharmaceuticals like cortisone, penicillin, pollen, and pesticides like carbendazim, and metalaxyl.

Particle size range: Fineness of finished product can be precisely controlled, with conventional crushing particle size ranging from 1 to 75μm.

Some models achieve ultra-fine grinding at the sub-micron level (d97 ≤ 1μm).
