Homogenization is the process that disperses particles in a suspension (or emulsion) system, achieving uniformity. This treatment simultaneously reduces the size of the dispersed particles and enhances the even distribution of the particles.
Principle of High-Pressure Homogenization:
The high-pressure pump head assembly draws the material through a one-way valve into the pump chamber during operation. Under the force of the plunger, the fluid material between the pump chamber and the homogeneous valve seat forms a very high pressure.
As high-pressure material passes through the homogenizing valve assembly, it produces the following three homogenization effects:
Shearing action, the gap between the uniform valve seat and valve core is very small, shearing the material particles
② Hole effect, the material instantaneously loses pressure during high-speed extrusion, ultimately achieving the purpose of even distribution of the material.
③Collision action, high-speed extruded material impacts the collision ring at an extremely high speed, resulting in collision crushing
