The GSL series high-pressure homogenizer from Shanghai Jingxin Industrial Co., Ltd. utilizes a high-pressure pump to increase the pressure of the material to a certain level, then through the narrow gap of the homogenization valve, the material is subjected to shearing, impact, and cavitation effects under high pressure, achieving homogenization, emulsification, and fragmentation. The instrument is equipped with an internal cooling circulation system for direct cooling of the homogenization head, and an optional secondary homogenization module is available, along with different homogenization valves for various applications. It features high pressure, compact size, easy operation, and high processing efficiency; it is applicable in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food, and fine chemicals industries.
Homogenization is the process of dispersing and evening out particles in a suspension (or emulsion) system, which concurrently reduces the size of the dispersed particles and enhances the uniformity of their distribution.
Principle of high-pressure homogenization:
The high-pressure pump head component draws the material through a one-way valve into the pump chamber while in operation. Under the force of the plunger, the fluid material between the pump chamber and the homogeneous valve seat forms a very high pressure.
When high-pressure material passes through the homogeneous valve component, it produces the following three homogeneous effects:
Shearing action; the clearance between the uniform valve seat and valve core is very small, shearing the material particles
② Hole effect; the material instantaneously loses pressure during high-speed extrusion, ultimately achieving the purpose of even distribution of the material.
③Collision effect, high-speed extruded material impacts the collision ring at an extremely high speed, causing collision crushing
