This process subjects the materials to shearing, impact, and cavitation effects under high pressure, achieving homogenization, emulsification, and fragmentation. The instrument features an integrated cooling circulation system that directly cools the homogenization head. Optional secondary homogenization modules are available, as well as a range of homogenization valves for different applications. Homogenization is the process of dispersing and equalizing particles in a suspension (or emulsion) system, which simultaneously reduces the size of the dispersed particles and improves the uniformity of their distribution.
Principle of high-pressure homogenization:
The high-pressure pump head component operates by drawing material through a one-way valve into the pump chamber. Under the force of the plunger, the fluid material between the pump chamber and the homogeneous valve seat builds up an extremely high pressure.
When high-pressure material passes through the homogeneous valve component, it produces the following three homogeneous effects:
Shearing action, the gap between the uniform valve seat and valve core is very small, shearing the material particles
② Hole effect, the material instantaneously loses pressure during high-speed extrusion, ultimately achieving the goal of even material distribution.
③Collision action, high-speed extruded material impacts the collision ring at an extremely high speed, causing collision crushing
