Operating Principle:By reducing the pressure inside the cavity through vacuum extraction, the boiling point of the solvent is lowered. As the pressure decreases, the boiling point of the solution follows suit, so when the pressure drops to a certain level, the solution begins to boil. Simultaneously, the sample is continuously centrifuged, ensuring the solution is continually collected at the bottom of the centrifuge tube, thus preventing sample contamination and loss due to boiling. Solvent vapor is condensed in the low-temperature cold trap, captured by it, and this protects the vacuum pump, extending its service life. Moreover, the sample is always kept in a low-temperature and vacuum environment, which prevents inactivation and oxidation of heat-sensitive samples.
