Cautionary Notes:
1. For heat-sensitive materials and high-tensile materials (such as plastics), this machine can be optionally equipped with a liquid nitrogen tank to inject liquid nitrogen into the crushing chamber for low-temperature crushing.
2. Liquid nitrogen low-temperature crushing can be paired with liquid nitrogen containers equipped with liquid nitrogen pumps.
3. During operation, follow these steps: a. Align the liquid nitrogen outlet with the feed opening and start the crusher; b. Turn on the liquid nitrogen control switch, then add the material after the liquid nitrogen flows into the crushing drum.
4. When stopping, follow these steps: a. Turn off the granulator power about 30 to 60 seconds after the feeding stops; b. Close the liquid nitrogen control switch; c. Remove the liquid nitrogen tank for cleaning.
5. When cleaning, please wear thick gloves and be mindful of frostbite prevention.
