This product is specifically designed for grinding and crushing materials such as rubber tracks that exhibit toughness and are difficult to crush at room temperature.
Liquid nitrogen mill first freezes the aforementioned materials below the脆化点, then grinds them to the desired fineness within the mill, without damaging the original composition. Additionally, it can effectively crush substances that are flammable and explosive at room temperature, with even more pronounced effects.
Operation Steps
Manual Operation
(1) Manually immerse the adapter and grinding vessel into the liquid nitrogen sample, rapidly cooling it to -196 degrees. Prevent sample degradation or induce a change in the physical properties of the sample.
(2) Place the adapter and grinding pot into the grinder. Secure the safety hood and fasten the safety lock before operation.
2. Automatic Operation
(1) Install the adapter and grinding pot onto the grinder. Cover the safety shield and secure the safety lock before operation.
(2) Open the liquid nitrogen connection device, activate the liquid nitrogen supply/or turn on the air refrigeration unit (to achieve 0-degree refrigeration)
(3) Turn on the liquid nitrogen control switch. After the liquid nitrogen flows into the crushing tank, initiate physical cooling. Within about a minute, the temperature will rapidly drop to -196 degrees.
(4) Turn on the grinding button and proceed with the operation. In just 15 seconds, the object is instantly crushed.
(5) Liquid nitrogen flow can be controlled throughout the process, and it can be added at any time and place during operation.
