This product is specifically designed for grinding heat-sensitive materials, various animal and plant tissues, microorganisms, rubber, plastic, food, medicine, coal, oil shale, wax products, PE, PS, textiles, resins, and substances that are tough and difficult to crush at room temperature.
Liquid nitrogen grinding machines first freeze the above materials below their脆化点, then grind them to the desired fineness within the machine, without damaging the original components. Moreover, they can effectively grind substances that are flammable and explosive at room temperature, with even more pronounced effects at low temperatures.

Operation Steps:
Manual Operation
(1) Manually immerse the adapter and grinding jar into the liquid nitrogen sample, quickly cooling it down to -196 degrees. Prevent sample degradation or achieve a change in the physical properties of the sample.
(2) Then, install the adapter and grinding pot onto the grinder. Cover the safety hood and secure the safety lock before operating.
2. Automatic Operation

(2) Open the liquid nitrogen connection device, initiate liquid nitrogen transfer/or activate the air refrigeration unit (to achieve 0-degree refrigeration)
(3) Turn on the liquid nitrogen control switch, and after the liquid nitrogen flows into the crushing tank, initiate physical cooling. Within about a minute, the temperature is rapidly reduced to -196 degrees.
(4) Turn on the grinding button and proceed with the operation. In just 15 seconds, the object is instantly crushed.
(5) Liquid nitrogen flow can be controlled throughout the process, and it can be added at any time and place during operation.

Standard adapters can be placed inside a refrigerator to provide a cool environment for samples while working. Optional refrigerated adapters are available, which can be immersed in liquid nitrogen for over 30 minutes.
