Liquid Nitrogen MillApplication Scope:
The product is suitable for heat-sensitive materials such as Chinese and Western medicines, animals and plants, rubber, plastics, (roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds, brain, heart, lungs, stomach, liver, thymus, kidneys, intestines, lymph nodes, muscles, bones, fungi, bacteria, food, pharmaceuticals, coal, oil shale, wax products, PE, PS, textiles, and resins), as well as substances that exhibit toughness at room temperature and cannot be crushed.
Operation Steps:
(1) Submerge the adapter and grinding jar into the liquid nitrogen sample, rapidly cooling it to -196 degrees. Prevent sample degradation or induce a change in the physical properties of the sample.
(2) Add liquid nitrogen to the liquid nitrogen tank inside the cavity, utilizing the cooling effect of liquid nitrogen to lower the cavity temperature to a low level, thereby ensuring the entire grinding process remains at a low temperature state.
(3) Place the adapter and grinding drum into the grinder. Secure the safety cover and lock the safety latch before operation.
