The Shanghai Jixin® Tiss tissue grinder is a special, rapid, high-efficiency, multi-tube uniform system. It can extract and purify the original DNA, RNA, and proteins from various sources, including soil, plant and animal tissues/organ, bacteria, yeast, fungi, spores, paleontological specimens, etc.

Technical Features
The Shanghai Jingxin Tiss-24/48 High-Speed Sample Grinder utilizes a unique vertical up-and-down integrated vibration mode. It grinds samples through the high-frequency reciprocating vibration, impact, and shearing of grinding beads. During the grinding process, its high-throughput ensures consistency and reproducibility. Its superior performance is capable of handling most sample pretreatment tasks without cross-contamination.
The Tiss system boasts broader versatility and efficiency compared to existing sample preparation methods. It avoids the laborious, time-consuming, and inefficient drawbacks of traditional methods like grinding, homogenization, and ultrasonic treatment. The system can efficiently and rapidly lyse and purify nucleic acids and proteins from various types of samples.
Operating Principle:
The High-Speed Sample Mill utilizes a unique vertical up-and-down vibration mode, which grinds and crushes the sample by the high-frequency reciprocating vibration, impact, shearing, and compressive forces generated by grinding beads (zirconia beads, stainless steel beads, chrome steel beads, tungsten carbide beads, quartz sand, etc.) within the grinding tube or stainless steel drum.
