Fixed Platform Bridge
This machine is suitable for loading and unloading at warehouse platforms and postal hubs, and can be adjusted to different heights of truck trailers, both elevated and lowered, for easy access by forklifts and smooth loading and unloading. It features anti-squeezing side skirts for enhanced safety. Forklifts and other handling vehicles can directly enter the truck interior through a loading bridge for bulk loading and unloading, requiring only one person to operate, thereby achieving rapid loading and unloading. It helps businesses reduce labor costs significantly, improve work efficiency, and achieve greater economic benefits.
Product Advantages: Electric hydraulic, easy to operate, height adjustable, wide adjustment range, improves loading and unloading efficiency, saves labor.
Applicable Locations: Frequent loading and unloading sites in large enterprises with diverse vehicle types, warehouses, stations, docks, logistics parks, postal transportation, and logistics distribution centers.
Note: Custom design and manufacturing available based on customer requirements.
Product Knowledge:
I. Instructions for the Use of Fixed Hydraulic Boarding Bridges:
1. Move the boarding bridge to the work location, close the manual pump's shut-off valve, and press the hand pump to elevate the bridge deck to an appropriate height (adjust according to the vehicle type).
2. The truck slowly backs down under the bridge (with the tongue plate stiffener not interfering as a guide).
3. Open the manual pump stopcock to allow the bridge deck to freely connect with the carriage, without moving wheels bearing the load.
4. Lower the stern board, secure the bridge to the body with the locking chain, and then proceed with loading and unloading operations.
5. After completing the task, release the chain, press the manual pump to disengage the bridge from the vehicle body, and the truck can depart.
6. Retract the rear deck and remove the boarding bridge.
II. Cautionary Notes for Mobile Hydraulic Boarding Bridges:
Before loading or unloading goods, the chains must be securely fastened; otherwise, no operation is permitted.
2. No overloading allowed.
3. During forklift loading and unloading, try to avoid unnecessary uneven loading to prevent damage to the bridge deck and structure, which could pose a hazard.
4. During the process, the manual pump shut-off valve must be opened to keep the tires in a non-loaded state.
Section 3: Daily Maintenance of Mobile Hydraulic Vehicle Boarding Bridges
Perform monthly routine inspections of the pinion shaft's working condition. If the set screws are found loose, they must be tightened immediately to prevent the shaft from detaching and causing an accident.
2. Add lubricating grease to the rotating parts approximately every 2 months, as needed.
