Lift Jack Overview:

A car lift is a device used in the automotive repair process to elevate vehicles. Cars are driven onto the lift station, where manual operation can raise the vehicle to a certain height for easy maintenance. The car lift plays a very important role in automotive repair and maintenance, and it is now an essential equipment in every repair shop.

Operation Procedures:

Before use, clear away any tools and debris that may obstruct the operation of the lifting machine, and check if the operating handles are functioning properly.

Section 2: The operating mechanism is sensitive and effective; the hydraulic system must not exhibit creeping.

Three, when supporting the vehicle, the four support corners should be on the same plane. Adjust the height of the support corner pads to make contact with the vehicle's undercarriage support areas.

Four, when jacking up the vehicle, do not lift it too high, and after lifting, securely lock the four jack stands.

Five, after the vehicle to be lifted enters, adjust and move the lift jack support block to align with the lifting points specified for that vehicle model.

Six, personnel must leave the vehicle during the lifting process. Once lifted to the required height, the safety lock pin must be inserted, and ensure it is secure and reliable before beginning the undercarriage work.

Section 7: Operations and repairs for other complex and heavy tasks, excluding only those for low-income assistance and minor repairs, are not permitted to be conducted on the lifting equipment.

Eighth, the lifter should not be raised and lowered frequently.

Nine: When raising the vehicle, lift steadily; when lowering, descend slowly.

Do not operate the lifting equipment when someone is working.

Eleven, if the operating mechanism is not responsive, the motor is out of sync, the bracket is uneven, or there is oil leakage from the hydraulic part, it should be reported for repair immediately and must not be operated while malfunctioning.

Twelve, upon completion of the task, clear away debris and clean the area around the lifting machine to maintain a tidy work site.

Thirteen: Regularly (every six months) drain the oil in the lifting cylinder and check the oil level. If it's low, promptly replenish with pressure oil of the same brand. Also, inspect the lubrication, lifting mechanism transmission gears, and seals.
