Long-life crucible
Made from high-temperature heat-resistant steel cast composite crucibles, featuring long service life.
The crucible is fitted with a flow guide, allowing the molten aluminum to be poured out by tilting the furnace body.

Stable Operating Aluminum Molten Pouring Mechanism
Utilizing two bidirectional hydraulic cylinders and a safe tilt furnace hydraulic station system ensures long-term stable and continuous operation.
Used for continuous casting, slow pouring of aluminum melt, heat preservation at the furnace mouth, which can prevent the aluminum melt from cooling down due to slow flow rate.
