RT4 series trolley-type tempering furnaces are primarily used for heat treatment of high-chromium high-manganese steel castings for molds, gray cast iron, roller, steel balls, wear-resistant linings, and other workpieces.

Structural Overview

1. This series of car-bottom annealing furnace is an industrial furnace professionally manufactured by our company. It performs precise annealing processes automatically while rapidly heating and maintaining temperature, and completes an efficient and energy-saving heat treatment process.

2. The trolley-type annealing furnace features an energy-saving lining structure, utilizing high-grade, high-purity ceramic fiber insulation for enhanced heat preservation, with minimal temperature rise on the outer side of the furnace wall.

3. Our annealing furnace features heating elements made of the internationally recognized OCr25Al5 resistance tape, with a maximum temperature of 1250°C, ensuring quality assurance for material compliance.

4. Utilize our in-house developed high-precision temperature control system for the annealing furnace, achieving full automation of the annealing process curve with ±1℃ temperature control accuracy.

Cautionary Notes

The heat-resistant steel bottom plate installed on the carriage is used to support workpieces. To prevent the oxidation scale from the workpieces falling through the gaps in the bottom plate and damaging the bottom heating elements after heating, it is necessary to regularly maintain and blow off the oxidation scale under the carriage bottom plate. A thorough blow-off of the oxidation scale ensures long-term, trouble-free use.
