Equipment Purpose
The high-temperature circular bottom furnace is a widely used continuous-rotating industrial furnace internationally, primarily used in the steel industry for the calcination of carbon-rich pellets at 1400°C, in the aerospace industry for the calcination of non-metallic materials at 1600°C, in the automotive industry for heating engine steel sleeves at 1200°C, and in the metallurgical industry for high-temperature sintering of ore, spongy iron, rare minerals, precious metals, and non-metallic mineral products.

Structure Overview
The high-temperature circular bottom furnace is equipped with silicon molybdenum rods and silicon carbide rods as heating elements, and can also be heated by natural gas, liquefied gas, or diesel. Structurally, it features a circular design with one-button automatic lifting for loading and unloading. The highly specialized bottom rotation design ensures long-term use without failure while maintaining high-temperature sealing. It utilizes a microcomputer temperature control cabinet produced with our own technology from Hankou Furnace Company, executing the sintering process curve with high precision and automation, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C.
