Large vacuum carburizing furnaces are high-precision, energy-saving industrial furnaces, mainly used for vacuum carburizing of large workpieces and mass-produced mechanical parts. They feature energy-saving lining and internationally advanced vacuum sealing fans, with high furnace pressure and no gas leakage. They achieve significant energy and electricity savings, ensuring uniform carburizing atmosphere, rapid carburization, and even carburizing layers. Structure Overview

1. The large vacuum carburizing furnace has a structure similar to a well-type gas carburizing furnace, featuring a circular well-type shell sealed and welded.

2. The equipment consists of furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace cover lifting mechanism, vacuum sealing fan, muffle pot, and heating elements, etc.

3. The furnace lining is made of high-purity ceramic full-fiber thermal insulation structure, offering greater energy and electricity savings.

4. The carburizing furnace features the same power-off protection mechanism on the lifting mechanism. When the furnace cover is opened, the main power circuit of the temperature control cabinet is automatically disconnected, halting the carburizing furnace. The furnace can only resume operation when the cover is securely closed and the circuit is reconnected, effectively preventing safety operation accidents.
