Nitriding Furnace Overview
Nitriding furnaces are energy-saving cyclic industrial furnaces, with gas nitriding furnaces being widely used, predominantly in vertical well structures.
The shell is constructed from steel plates and shaped steel, while the new insulation lining is made from all-fiber high-pressure modules.
The heating element is a high-temperature alloy resistance strip, installed around the furnace chamber, with an inner stainless steel vacuum tank.
The furnace lid is equipped with a sampling tube, exhaust pipe, and the upper input pipe on the side wall of the furnace tank is accessible.
Equipped with high-pressure vacuum fans, it significantly enhances the insulating properties, temperature uniformity, sealing, and nitriding speed of the gas nitriding furnace.

Nitriding furnace applications
Supply gas nitriding heat treatment for various steel mechanical parts, automotive exhaust manifolds, gears, motorcycle brake pads, molds, etc.
In the colored metal industry, applicable to bright, non-oxidized heat treatment for copper tubes, plates, wires, rods, and other copper materials under protective atmosphere.
Can also be used for thin-walled seamless steel tubes, long shafts, and various metal fittings in vacuum nitrogen protection for non-oxidation heat treatment process.

When applied in aerospace precision heat treatment and other applications, combined with a high-precision temperature control system, the uniformity of the furnace temperature achieves ±3-5℃.

Imported SUS310S high-temperature resistant stainless steel vacuum vessel, X-ray inspected, no gas leakage.
Can rapidly achieve vacuum, reaching the specified negative pressure vacuum state, and maintain the nitriding process for an extended duration.
