Equipment Usage
The RJ2 series high-temperature well-type furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic operation industrial furnace, with a maximum temperature of 1200°C and working temperatures ranging from 950°C to 1200°C. It is primarily used for normalizing, annealing, and quenching heat treatment of metal materials such as alloy steel, high-speed steel, high manganese steel, high-chromium steel, shafts, tubing, and mechanical parts under general atmosphere or simple protection. Customizable power ranges from 15 to 480KW; the furnace chamber diameter is φ300-2000mm, with a maximum depth of up to 10 meters.
Structure Overview
1. RJ2 series high-temperature well furnace structure, featuring a cylindrical furnace body made of steel plates and section steel, all sealed and welded. The furnace cover is designed for manual or electric lifting.
2. The furnace lining is constructed with a full-fiber structure high-pressure modular insulation, while for small equipment, the lining is built with lightweight, energy-saving vacuum spherical refractory insulation bricks. The space between the furnace lining and shell is insulated with acid aluminum fiber cotton, and filled with expanded insulation powder.
3. Resistance bands or resistance wires are installed around the furnace chamber using the high-resistance alloy material 0Cr27Al7Mo2.
4. If the user requires atmosphere protection to minimize oxidation of the workpiece, an stainless steel triple oil injector can be installed on the furnace lid to produce a simple protective atmosphere.
5. Equipped with a touch screen microcomputer program and automatic temperature control cabinet, as well as a thermocouple, upon factory shipment.
Safety Configuration
A nitrogen inlet pipeline is installed at the bottom of the furnace chamber, allowing nitrogen to be introduced for protection or to disperse flammable gases, preventing explosion accidents.
Limit switches are installed near the lifting mechanism for operational safety, which are interlocked with the power supply of the high-temperature well-type furnace control cabinet. Power is supplied when the furnace lid is closed. Upon opening the lid, the limit switch immediately cuts off the control power, thereby simultaneously disconnecting the power supply to the heating elements to ensure safe operation.
