Equipment Usage
The RX3 series 1200℃ high-temperature box furnace is a national standard energy-saving industrial electric furnace, primarily used for heat treatment processes such as normalizing, quenching, and annealing of alloy steel products and various molds, or for high-temperature sintering of diamond saw blades. A stainless steel nitrogen gas pipeline and valve are installed on the furnace side, which can regulate the inflow of gas to provide a simple protective atmosphere, reducing oxidation of the workpieces.

Structure Overview
The RX3 series 1200°C high-temperature box furnace shell is welded from steel plates and shaped steel.
2. The furnace lining is constructed with lightweight, energy-saving refractory insulation bricks, combined with high-purity silica-alumina fiber cotton insulation.
3. The electric heating elements are made of high-temperature-resistant alloy 0Cr27Al7Mo2 and are installed on the two walls of the furnace chamber and the搁丝砖on the furnace bottom.
4. The top of the high-temperature box furnace is equipped with two thermocouple holes, where the thermocouples are inserted into the furnace chamber during use.
5. Supplied with a temperature control system for regulating the box furnace temperature and over-temperature protection.
6. Temperature recorders can save the heat treatment process.
7. The heated workpiece is placed on the silicon carbide furnace bottom plate inside the furnace chamber. During use, a stainless steel plate can be placed at the bottom of the box furnace to prevent the workpiece from impacting the furnace bottom plate.

Safety Configuration
The high-temperature box furnace is equipped with automatic safety protection devices for both opening and closing. There is a circuit-breaking device at the top of the furnace door, which immediately cuts off the power to the electric furnace when the door is opened.
When heating is required, the furnace door must be completely closed to connect the circuit breaker and begin heating, ensuring the safety of the operator and reducing malfunctions in the box furnace usage.
