Equipment Usage
The RT4 series medium-temperature trolley furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic industrial furnace, mainly used for hardening and tempering heat treatment of manganese steel castings, ductile iron castings, automotive mechanical parts, etc. The working temperature range is from 600 to 950 degrees.
Structure Overview
Furnace Body: The shell of the medium-temperature trolley furnace is constructed from steel plates and shaped steel, with the furnace base integrated with the trolley light rail. Users do not require a foundation installation; simply place it on a level concrete surface for use.
Furnace Lining: The trolley furnace utilizes an energy-saving full ceramic fiber high-pressure module structure, or is constructed with composite lining of lightweight, energy-saving refractory insulation bricks, with an insulating layer of aluminum silicate fiber blanket. The furnace mouth is lined with heavy-duty collision-resistant bricks, and the trolley surface is covered with heavy-duty high-alumina pressure-resistant bricks.
Trolley: Equipped with an automatic lifting sand seal mechanism between the trolley and furnace body to reduce heat loss from the trolley furnace and enhance insulation performance.
Heating Element: The heating element material for the medium-temperature trolley furnace is a general-purpose OCr25Al5 resistance tape or wire, with excellent quality, ensuring no deformation or cracking over long-term use.
Temperature Control System: Microcomputer program-controlled temperature cabinet produced with proprietary technology from Hankou Furnace Co., featuring high-precision automatic execution of heat treatment process curves with ±1°C temperature control accuracy.
