Equipment Usage
The RT4 series low-temperature car furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic industrial furnace with energy-saving structure and full fiber or composite fiber insulation. It is mainly used for heat treatment of castings for annealing and aging, as well as for various mechanical parts within 650°C.

Structural Overview
The outer shell of the low-temperature trolley furnace is made of steel plates and shaped steel welded together.
2. The furnace base is integrated with the trolley rail, so users do not require a foundation installation. Simply place it on a level concrete surface and it's ready for use.
3. The furnace chamber is constructed using full-fiber high-pressure insulation modules, with high-purity ceramic fiber insulation material.
4. The furnace mouth is lined with heavy-duty impact-resistant bricks, and the trolley surface is lined with heavy-duty high-alumina pressure-resistant bricks.
5. The furnace body and trolley are lined with labyrinth-style refractory materials.
6. Reduce the thermal radiation and convection losses of the trolley furnace through a sealed mechanism with automatic action, while also improving the uniformity of the furnace temperature.
7. The heating elements are all spiral or ribbon-type heating elements, placed on the side grouting bricks and carriages of the furnace.
8. The truck bed is equipped with a heat-resistant chromium-manganese-nitrogen steel bottom plate.
9. The door of the furnace is raised and lowered by rolling wheels along the guide rail, ensuring a tight seal between the door and the furnace body upon closure, while also preventing friction and damage to the masonry during the opening process.
10. The door and trolley movement are powered by an electric motor, which is reduced by a worm gear and worm reducer and transmitted by a chain. An electromagnetic brake is also installed for proper adjustment.

1. Top-mounted stainless steel hot air recirculation fan, achieving even temperature distribution through high-speed air circulation.
2. To enhance the uniformity of furnace temperature, the trolley furnace employs multi-zone heating.
3. High-precision touch screen microcomputer program automated process control cabinet.
