The trolley furnace, also known as the trolley-type resistance furnace, is a standard energy-saving periodic operation industrial furnace widely used in the heat treatment process of various metal materials.

Excellent thermal insulation properties
The furnace chamber is constructed with high-grade, high-purity ceramic fiber modules for thermal treatment applications, utilizing high-pressure masonry and multiple anchoring to ensure superior thermal insulation performance in the lining manufacturing process.
Energy-saving and emission-reduction technology, full fiber structure, fast inside furnace heating rate. Low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, excellent corrosion resistance.
Expertly designed heating elements
The heating element consists of a specially formulated high-temperature alloy resistive strip, arranged in a uniform temperature design across the interior of the furnace on five sides.
Excellent antioxidant properties, high-temperature resistance, and high load capacity. No cracking at ultra-high temperatures, maintenance-free year-round.
Used in aerospace precision heat treatment and other applications, combined with a high-precision temperature control system, it achieves uniformity of furnace temperature within ±3-5℃.
Robust and durable furnace body
The outer steel structure is formed by tightly welded steel plates and shaped steel, with a durable furnace body structure and reinforced by combined channel steel.
The trolley track utilizes an integrated rail structure, which can be securely fastened with ground bolts, ensuring the trolley furnace operates without issues for long-term use.

Stable door, good sealing.
The gantry structure is sturdy and durable, with stable up-and-down operation of the furnace door. The track is self-tightened with strong sealing performance.
Equipped with an electric lifting double-track automatic sealing furnace door, full fiber insulation structure with seals that do not damage the masonry.

Overloaded trolley, no slag falling off the furnace bottom plate.
Heavy-duty loading trolley with a load capacity of 1-200T, powered by a high-power drive system. The sealed groove features an automatic lifting sand seal mechanism, ensuring effective sealing between the trolley and furnace body.
The trolley surface is made of heavy-duty high-alumina refractory bricks, paired with high-temperature-resistant collision-proof and slag-proof furnace bottom plates, which maintain their shape after long-term use.
