Gas Pressure Boost PumpZTDSeries
One: Boostable Gas Medium
Air, Nitrogen (N2), Helium (He), Neon (Ne), Argon (Ar)Natural GasGas, Carbon Dioxide (CO2)Carbon Monoxide(CO)、One Oxygen/Nitrous Oxide(N2O), Fire Extinguishants,Methane/PropeneAlkanes, hospital breathing gases (N2+O2)Sulfur HexafluorideGases (SF6), ethylene (C2H4), inert gases, etc.
For specialized gases such as oxygen (O2),Hydrogen/Gas(H2), Refrigerant, corrosive gases, etc., please specify in advance when placing an order for special handling.
Section II: Working Principle
The air pressure driving the system typically needs to be 3-8 bar (0.3-0.8 MPa). It uses a large piston to push a small piston, thereby producing high-pressure gas at the small piston end. As the pressure approaches the pump's maximum output, the pump's frequency slows down and the flow rate decreases.
Section 3: Function of Supercharger
Increase low-pressure gas to achieve high-pressure gas output.
Customized complete systems, including boost systems, filling equipment, leak detection devices, and pressure testing systems, are available according to customer requirements.
Section 4: Application Scope:
For gas filling, dispensing, recycling, compression, and pressure boosting applications
② Gas High Pressure Supply for Welding Robots
③ Matching gas booster equipment for gas ratio meters
④ Suitable for high-pressure reactor gas pressurization
⑤ Insufficient workshop gas pressure, requiring secondary boost
⑥ Airtightness Test, High Pressure Resistance Detection
Section 7: Gas Compression Testing Applications
V. Technical Specifications:
Single Stage Double-Action Single Head Pressure Boost Pump Selection Technical Specifications Sheet
The GLD series gas booster pump is a single-acting, single-stage booster pump, primarily used for gas boosting with an initial pressure, with a flow rate twice that of the GLA series.
Model types include:ZTD04/ZTD06ZTD25/ZTD40/ZTD60/ZTD100/ZTDOutput pressure is proportional to driving pressure, with adjustable output pressure.
