I. Product Features
The air booster pump uses pure compressed air as the driving power source, with the output pressure proportional to the driving air source pressure. By adjusting the driving air source pressure, the corresponding boosted pressure can be achieved. When the driving air source pressure and the boosted pressure reach equilibrium, the air booster pump stops boosting, and the output pressure stabilizes at the pre-set pressure.
II. Product Composition
This high-pressure pump is composed of a driving cylinder, medium pressure cylinder, directional control valve, check valves at both the inlet and outlet, seals, driving and pressure-increasing pistons. It features advanced and mature technology, simple and convenient connection and control, a compact structure, and a small, attractive appearance. It is easy to use and reliable, capable of continuous unattended operation, and consumes no energy after reaching the set pressure. It can automatically run for replenishment when the pressure drops below the set level. It boasts explosion-proof, energy-saving, environmental-friendly characteristics, adjustable output pressure, a small size, light weight, simple operation, reliable performance, and a wide application range.

Driven by standard 3-8 kg low-pressure compressed air, the air is pressurized further, typically used in conjunction with a gas storage tank.
Output Pressure = Pressure Ratio * Drive Gas Source Pressure
(As per)ZTV05, boost ratio 5:1, output pressure under 6 kg drive gas source = 5 times * 6 kg = 30 kg
