ZTM02 Air Boost Pump
Air Boost Pump, also known as a Gas Amplifier, is suitable for environments where the pressure of the original compressed air source is insufficient, not reaching the normal operating conditions for secondary boosting! It uses compressed air as the power source and the gas booster pump as the pressure source, with the output gas pressure proportional to the driving gas source pressure.
Ideal for environments where the existing air compression system needs to increase pressure, this pump can boost the air pressure of the working system up to 2 to 5 times, utilizing only the compressed air within the working system as the gas source. Suitable for single-source pressure increase.
Application Scope:
Common compressors, pneumatic control valves, pneumatic actuators, coordinate measuring machines, pneumatic marking machines, CNC machine tool clamping devices, pneumatic bundling machines, inkjet coders, and insufficient cylinder clamping force applications.
Individual or partial components in the air line require high pressure.

Equipment Features
No power required, easy to install.
The driving air pressure can be adjusted via the pressure regulating valve at the air inlet.
The output pressure can be adjusted through the pressure-reducing valve at the gas storage tank outlet to the pressure range permitted in the working environment, with a maximum output pressure of up to 40bar.
Compared to high-pressure compressors, lower noise and lower initial cost.
