Product Introduction
YB-150 Precision Vacuum Pressure Gauge (0.4 Class) is primarily used for calibrating general industrial pressure gauges and can also measure pressure of non-corrosive, non-crystalline, and non-solidifying mediums such as copper alloys and alloy structural steels in the process field.
Structure and Working Principle
The instrument is composed of a pressure measuring system, transmission mechanism, indicator, and housing. The pressure measuring elastic elements are processed with special technology to ensure stable and reliable performance. After matching and adjusting with the high-precision transmission mechanism, it guarantees accurate indication precision.
The working principle of the gauge: Upon the applied pressure of the measured medium on the elastic element, it generates elastic deformation-displacement, which is amplified by the rod-driven transmission mechanism, and the measured pressure is indicated by the indicator device.
