I. Overview

The CWY300 series intelligent digital pressure calibrator is a powerful portable digital pressure gauge for high-precision pressure, voltage, and current detection requirements. It offers functions such as pressure leak detection, pressure switch testing, and pressure peak recording. Additionally, it features environmental temperature measurement, time display, and DC24V power output. It comes with a built-in six-digit high-precision DC digital voltmeter and ammeter, and supports various applications like pressure peak recording, file storage, and leak testing. The gauge can communicate with a host computer via RS485 or RS232 interfaces, transmitting real-time measurement data to dedicated calibration software for data recording, automatic table generation, error calculation, and stored data printing. It complies with the JJG875-2019 National Metrological Verification Regulation for Digital Pressure Meters.

4. Power Configuration

1) Power Supply: Internal 3.8V lithium battery or 5V power adapter.

2) Battery operating time: approximately 100 hours, reduced when powered at 24V.

3) Power Adapter: AC220V to DC5V/1A power adapter with USB-T type plug. The meter features a red charging indicator light and a green full charge light. In addition to the power adapter, the meter can also be charged with a power bank to resolve the issue of insufficient battery power during outdoor use.
