2.2 Features of Automatic Pressure Calibration Bench
With just one press of the start button, it can automatically complete tasks such as pressurizing, depressurizing, stabilizing pressure, recording data, analyzing errors, and printing calibration reports and certificates.
Compliant with pressure gauge calibration regulations, it can be used as a pressure standard.
Stable pressure source is provided without using high-pressure cylinders, ensuring rapid and stable pressure changes.

3. Features and Advantages of Full-Automatic Pressure Calibration Bench
Ø Integrated pressure module with temperature compensation for pressure sensors, overcoming temperature drift; no measurement errors in winter or summer. Convenient for calibration without any additional accessories.
The built-in pressure module ensures convenience, as no additional accessories are needed. Simply install the gauge and press the "Start" button to complete the calibration process.
The pressure transmitter is calibrated using an integrated pressure module, ensuring full coverage without any gaps.
Full automatic verification, capable of simultaneously calibrating two pressure transmitters, pressure switches, and pressure gauges of the same range, convenient for calibrating dual-point pressure switches.
The system features a filter anti-blocking drainage system. The hydraulic stand is made of φ6mm stainless steel pipe, allowing impurities or dirt brought by the on-site instruments to be conveniently drained through the drainage port. Even if fine sand is placed in the calibration port, it will not damage the setup. The air pressure stand comes with a standard gas-liquid separator to prevent the liquid in the instrument being calibrated from entering the calibration stand.
Ø Equipped with an intelligent voltage stabilizer, designed in full compliance with the pressure testing procedures. During the upward stroke, it approaches the testing point from bottom to top, and during the downward stroke, it approaches the testing point from top to bottom without adjustment.
Ø Operation instructions can be displayed on the touch screen, eliminating the need for a user manual during use.
High protection level, preventing the flow of verification medium into the instrument to avoid damage to the instrument.
The hydraulic platform can use water as the working medium, while the pneumatic platform uses compressed air.
Data is traceable. As long as the device ID matches the previous inspection, the database can trace back to the previous inspection records and automatically complete the inspection forms based on user needs.
All inspection processes comply with the inspection regulations.

The software is designed for use with the fully automatic pressure calibration station, offering advantages such as remote operation, optimized calibration processes, user-friendly rights management, automatic recording and traceability of calibration records. The software employs a BS/CS architecture, featuring high flexibility and scalability. Compared to similar client-side operation software, this software implements a unified storage and management system for calibration data, allowing senior management users to access and review the calibration data of subordinate users at any time. Calibration records can be shared and synchronized, enhancing the work efficiency of the using units.
