2.1 Fully Automatic Hydraulic Pressure Calibration Bench

Ø Simply press the start button to automatically complete tasks such as pressure increase, decrease, stabilization, data recording, error analysis, and printing calibration reports and certificates.
Fully compliant with pressure gauge calibration regulations, suitable for use as a pressure standard.
Ø Provides a stable pressure source without the use of high-pressure cylinders, with rapid and stable pressure changes.

The fully automatic pressure calibration bench can store 20 sets of calibration results for both before and after adjustment, each containing 56 field instruments.
The system can be connected to an automatic calibration software for an automatic pressure calibration system. Units can be freely set, and pressure calibration can be completed with just a few clicks. It automatically generates calibration reports and certification documents.

3. Features and Advantages of Fully Automatic Pressure Calibration Bench
Built-in pressure module with temperature compensation for the pressure sensor.
Ø The built-in pressure module makes it convenient to use; no additional accessories are needed. Simply install the gauge and press the "Start" button to complete the calibration.
The pressure transmitter is calibrated using an integrated pressure module, ensuring full coverage with no gaps in between.
Ø Fully automatic verification; capable of calibrating two pressure transmitters, pressure switches, and pressure gauges of the same range simultaneously, convenient for calibrating dual-point pressure switches.
Ø Equipped with a filtration anti-blocking drain system, the hydraulic platform uses φ6mm stainless steel pipe for the inner hole, allowing impurities or dirt from the on-site instruments to be easily drained out. Even if fine sand is placed in the calibration port, it will not damage the setup. The pressure platform is standardly equipped with an air-liquid separator to prevent the liquid in the calibrated instrument from entering the calibration bench.
The intelligent voltage stabilizer is designed in strict accordance with the pressure checking procedure. During the upward stroke, it approaches the checking point from bottom to top, and during the downward stroke, it approaches the checking point from top to bottom, without adjustment.
The operation instructions can be displayed on the touchscreen, eliminating the need for a user manual during use.
High protection level, preventing the entry of verification medium into the instrument to avoid instrument damage.
The hydraulic table can use water as the working medium, while the air table compresses air.
Data is traceable. As long as the device ID matches the previous inspection, the database can trace back to the previous inspection records and automatically complete the inspection forms based on user needs.

Software is compatible with the fully automatic pressure calibration bench. The software's advantages include remote operation, optimized calibration process, user-friendly rights management, automatic recording of calibration records with traceability. The software utilizes the BS/CS architecture, offering high flexibility and scalability. Compared to similar end-user operation software, this software implements unified storage and management of calibration data, allowing superior management users to access and review the calibration data of subordinate calibration users at any time. Calibration records can be shared and synchronized, enhancing the efficiency of the using unit.
