Portable Safety Valve Calibration Bench
I. Features
The Portable Safety Valve Comprehensive Calibration Bench uses high-pressure air or nitrogen as the medium to test various safety valves for their sealing performance, lift pressure, and other parameters, assessing their pressure safety capabilities.
II. Typical Applications
Performance tests for flanged safety valves, threaded safety valves, full open/micro open safety valves, standard thick/thin flanged safety valves, domestic/imported safety valves, spring direct load safety valves, safety valves with power-assisted function, and safety valves with supplementary load.
Equipment meets national standards and is suitable for performance testing and regular inspections of safety valves by quality supervision authorities, boiler inspection institutions, safety valve manufacturers, and safety valve users.
