Portable Safety Valve Calibration Bench
I. Features
The portable safety valve comprehensive calibration bench uses high-pressure air or nitrogen as the medium to test the sealing performance, lift pressure, and other parameters of various safety valves, assessing their pressure safety performance.
Section II: Typical Applications
Performance testing of safety valves for flanged, threaded, full-open/micro-open types, standard thickness/thinness flanged, domestic/imported, spring direct loading, power-assisted, and supplementary loading safety valves, ranging from DN15 to 200mm.
Equipment meets national standards and is suitable for performance testing and regular inspections of safety valves by quality supervision authorities, boiler inspection institutions, safety valve manufacturers, and users of safety valves.
