Portable Safety Valve Calibration Bench
I. Features
The portable safety valve comprehensive testing bench uses high-pressure air or nitrogen as the medium to inspect various safety valves for their sealing performance, lift pressure, and other parameters, evaluating their pressure safety characteristics.
Section II: Typical Applications
Performance testing for DN15~200mm flanged safety valves, threaded safety valves, full-open/micro-open safety valves, standard thick/thin flanged safety valves, domestic/imported safety valves, spring-loaded direct-acting safety valves, safety valves with power-assisted function, and safety valves with supplementary load.
The equipment meets national standards and is suitable for performance testing and regular inspections of safety valves at quality supervision authorities, boiler inspection institutions, safety valve manufacturers, and users of safety valves.
