YingTeng explosion-proof fan coil units are equipped with high-efficiency aluminum finned heat exchangers and low-noise fans, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.
Precision design allows for the selection of either left or right-hand coils for ordering. An automatic temperature control unit can be optionally provided for constant temperature control of the controlled area; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)
The motor is an energy-saving fixed-phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision steel ball bearings that are self-lubricating. The motor shafts are all treated with quenching and hard chrome for durability and are easy to disassemble at the fixed points. The motor leads are protected by metal hoses, in compliance with international standards.
The static pressure at the common coiled discharge outlet is 0~12Pa, while the static pressure at the residual pressure discharge outlet is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.
The water tray and thermal insulation are molded, with an overall adhesive bonding process, ensuring durability without weld marks. The design is aesthetically pleasing and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed pipe fittings are made from plates produced by Baosteel Shanghai, with a spray-painted surface, while the concealed pipe fittings are made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.
The coiled material is made of seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed by hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil box is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials, featuring copper tubes arranged in an interlaced pattern, offering exceptional heat transfer performance and low air resistance.
