The Yingteng explosion-proof fan coil operates normally under the following environmental conditions:

b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.
c) There are explosive hazardous areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors from Groups II A, II B, and T1 to T4, with air.

YingTeng explosion-proof fan coil units utilize high-efficiency aluminum fin-tube heat exchangers with low-noise fans, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.
Precision design allows for the selection of either left or right-style coils for ordering. If required by the customer, an automatic temperature control unit can be provided to maintain a constant temperature in the controlled space; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)
The motor is an energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision steel ball bearings that are self-lubricating. The motor shafts are all heat-treated and hard-chromium coated for durability, and are easy to disassemble at the fixed points. The motor leads are protected with metal hoses, meeting international standards.
Standard coiled outlet air pressure is 0~12Pa, while the residual pressure outlet air pressure is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.
The water tray and insulation are molded, with an overall adhesive process, ensuring strength and durability without any weld marks. The appearance is aesthetically pleasing and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed piping is made from sheet metal produced by Baosteel Shanghai, surface-coated with plastic, while the concealed piping is made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.
Coiled tubing material is made from seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed by hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The interior of the coil housing is lined with sound-absorbing insulation material. The copper tubes are arranged in an interlaced pattern, offering excellent thermal conductivity and minimal air resistance.
