Product Overview

The vacuum耙式drying machine features a simple structure, easy operation, long service life, stable and reliable performance, low steam consumption, strong applicability, and high-quality product, particularly suitable for drying paste materials that are not heat-resistant, flammable, and prone to oxidation under temperature control. It has been proven to be an excellent drying equipment after long-term use by customers. Principle: The material to be dried is added from the center of the top of the shell, and under the stirring of the continuously reversing scraper blades, the material moves axially back and forth, constantly renewing the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell. It is indirectly heated by steam, evenly stirred by the scraper blades, and crushed by the crushing rod, allowing the surface moisture of the material to be effectively discharged. The vaporized moisture is then passed through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, before being exhausted from the outlet of the vacuum pump.

The drum dryer is a continuous process where materials or strip materials attached to the outer wall of a rotating drum are heated and dried by the transmission of heat.
