Portable dust collectors can conveniently handle dust at different workstations in factory workshops. As they can be moved to address dust at various workstations at different times, they save factory space and investment costs. Our company can _provide design solutions_, reasonably designed to achieve energy-efficient equipment, compact size, low noise, and environmental protection. They are flexible and convenient for _dust collection_, _processing_, and can effectively _improve_ air cleanliness. The products are innovative, aesthetically pleasing, practical, with stable performance, easy to use and maintain, and dust collection efficiency exceeds 99.5%.
Portable Dust CollectorThe structure is not complex, generally comprising of: the housing, main fan, filter, dust-removing mechanism, multi-directional dust hood, ash drawer, and electrical control units. It comes with an automatic dust removal feature, ready to use upon plugging in the power supply. The vacuum tube can be adjusted up and down as needed, rotating 360 degrees, and operates on either 380V or 220V power.
Mobile dust collector working principle: Dust-laden gas is drawn into the cabinet through a suction tube by a fan, enters the filter bag for filtration, where dust particles are trapped on the surface. The filtered clean gas is then discharged from the outlet, which can be directly circulated indoors or discharged outdoors as needed. The entire dust removal and filtration process is a result of a combination of effects, including gravity, inertial force, collision, electrostatic attraction, and sieve filtration. After the dust collector operates continuously for a period, the dust on the filter bag surface accumulates continuously, followed by cleaning. The dust is shaken off into the dust collector (drawer) and then manually processed.
Operation Instructions for Mobile Dust Collector
1) The dust collector is fixed near the source of dust, adjusting the suction port position. To ensure the dust removal unit is in good working condition, it should be as close as possible to the dust source. Check if the inspection door and the connection of the suction pipe are sealed and secure to prevent leaks that could reduce the dust removal efficiency. Then, plug in the power, press the power button to turn on the dust collector, and press the fan button to activate the fan for dust removal.
2) When the dust collector starts, pay attention to whether the fan is rotating in the correct direction (if it's reversing, the airflow will be very low, and the power supply wires need to be adjusted). After dust removal, press the fan button to turn off the fan, then turn off the control power, unplug the power cord, open the inspection door, remove the dust adhered to the filter bags, and then clean the dust inside the dust collector.
3) Note: Do not open the inspection door to clean dust or inspect the circuit while the dust collector is in operation. Additionally, clean the dust in a timely manner based on the nature of the dust and the dust capacity to prevent an increase in filter bag resistance, which may affect the dust removal efficiency.
4) Dust collector bags should be regularly inspected for wear and tear. Any damage should be repaired or replaced promptly. Additionally, bags should be cleaned regularly based on usage; generally, a cleaning is required after continuous use for 4-6 months.
5) The dust collector should be cleaned and inspected regularly to maintain cleanliness and aesthetics. Ensure the dust collector operates smoothly.
Portable bag dust collectors are suitable for smoke purification in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, consumer goods, wood processing, food, shipbuilding, etc. They offer excellent dust removal for electronics, machinery processing, casting, building materials, ceramics, loading and unloading, mining, metallurgy, gypsum powder, carbon powder, phenolic powder, plastic powder, and more.
