Features and structural principle of single machine dust collector:
1. The single-machine dust collector, while retaining the advantages of the original MC-Ⅰ dust collector, employs a low-resistance DMF-Z type pulse electromagnetic valve. This doubles the lifespan of the dust collector's control system and dust bags, thereby reducing the maintenance workload.
2. The compressed air used for dust removal has been reduced from the original 5-7 kg/cm² pressure to the current 3 kg/cm² pressure, yet the dust removal efficiency still achieves the effect of 5-7 kg/cm² pressure, thereby expanding the range of application.
3. Due to structural improvements, the equipment's tightness has been enhanced, resulting in air leakage as low as below 10%, further raising the quality standards for the product.

Structure Principle: The MC pulse bag dust collector consists of 5 parts: 1. Upper housing: Comprising a removable lid and exhaust outlet. 2. Middle housing: Equipped with porous plates, filter bag assembly, and Venturi tube. 3. Lower housing: Featuring an inlet, ash hopper, and inspection door. 4. Ash discharge system: Composed of a reducer and ash feeding/discharging devices. 5. Jet air system: Including a pulse controller, solenoid pulse valve, jet pipe, gas cylinder, and protective device.
Operating Principle: Dusty gas enters the hopper or the open flange into the filter bag chamber through the inlet. The dusty gas passes through the filter bags to become clean gas and enters the purification chamber, then is exhausted through the exhaust port of the purification chamber and removed by the fan. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bags and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag dust collector to rise continuously. To ensure the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200Pa and the dust collector can continue to operate, the dust on the filter bags needs to be cleaned regularly. The cleaning process is initiated by a pulse control instrument, which sequentially activates the pulse valve at timed intervals. This releases compressed air (0.5~0.7MPa) from the nozzles of the blowing tube (known as the primary air). The primary air passes through the dust removal frame orifice and induces several times the volume of surrounding air (known as the secondary air) into the filter bag. This causes the bag to急剧 expand instantaneously, and the reverse airflow causes the dust to shake off, achieving the cleaning purpose.
Single Machine Dust Collector Instructions: 1. Install near equipment that generates dust, and configure metal or plastic piping and a dust hood according to the dust collector's inlet size, either by the user or by the manufacturer. 2. Before operation, check the inspection door and all flange connections for tightness to prevent air leakage and reduce dust removal efficiency. 3. The dust collector operates at 380V. After connecting power from the external wire harness, it can be used. During the first run, pay attention to the fan's rotation direction (if it reverses, swap the power wiring). 4. The dust collector control cabinet cover should not be opened arbitrarily in the working area. If adjustment of the cleaning time or circuit maintenance is needed, shut down the machine or cut off the power. 5. Adjust the pulse interval and pulse time based on the dust properties and concentration, and perform scheduled cleaning. 6. The dust hood is a key component for the dust collector to be in operation. The user should design the dust hood according to the dimensions of the workpiece and the nature of the dust, following the principles of proximity, sealing, and convenience. Maintenance: 1. Regularly inspect the dust collector for any damage, and replace the filter bag if necessary. 2. Generally, inspect the cleaning mechanism every 6 months. 3. This pulse bag dust collector is not suitable for corrosive gases and should not be used for exhaust gas over 120 degrees Celsius for an extended period. For high-temperature exhaust gas treatment, a custom high-temperature dust bag is required. 2. If any abnormality occurs during startup, shutdown, or operation, immediately stop the machine for inspection and repair. 3. When shutting down, press the stop button to allow the oscillating mechanism to work for several seconds before directly cutting off the power.
