Reverse-air Bag Dust CollectorHighly adaptable, offering great value for money, and with stable and reliable performance, this product excels in the industrial sector and is highly favored. It is widely used in industries such as food processing, construction materials, metallurgy, chemicals, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and mechanical manufacturing. Now, let's delve into its basic details.
I. Working Principle
Reverse-air bag dust collectorA sufficient momentum reverse-blowing air flow is blown into the filter bag inlet by the arm jet, blocking the filter air flow and altering the pressure conditions inside the bag, causing substantial bag vibration and dust shedding. The arm rotates in circles, blowing back individually. When the filter bag resistance reaches the lower limit, the reverse-blowing mechanism is manually turned off or automatically stopped to conserve the power of the reverse-blowing fan, reducing the reverse-blowing volume. For the third and fourth circles (i.e., 144ZC-Ⅱ to 20ZC-type), a per-circle reverse-blowing mechanism is installed so that only one filter bag is reversed at a time.
Section II: Product Structure
Reverse jet dust collector cleaning mechanism: Includes rotating arm, nozzle, segmented reverse jet mechanism, circulating air duct, reverse jet pipe, reverse jet fan, and rotating arm reducer. The reverse jet rotating arm is driven by a reducer mounted on the top cover, the reverse jet fan is installed on the ground, and connected to the rotating arm through the central tube. For filter bags arranged in the third and fourth circles, the rotating arm is equipped with a segmented reverse jet device.
III. Performance Usage
Utilizes a high-pressure blower for dust removal without being restricted by the gas source conditions of the application, featuring fewer wearing parts, easy maintenance, and reliable operation. Overcomes the drawbacks of compressed air pulse cleaning, such as a larger blowing distance, the ability to use long filter bags, maximizing space utilization, and a small footprint. The trapezoidal flat bags are arranged within the cylindrical body, with a simple and compact structure and high filtration area index. Under the action of the reverse blowing air, the trapezoidal flat bags have a large amplitude, requiring only one impact to shake off accumulated dust, which is beneficial for extending the lifespan of the filter bags. The equipment cover is divided into multiple sections, allowing for easy opening, bag replacement, and maintenance. The inlet concentration does not need to be limited to 15 g/m³. Even at 150 g/m³, an additional cyclone dust collector is not necessary.
Note: This dust collector can be installed outdoors in an open-air setting, except in extremely cold regions, without the need to construct a dust collector room.
