Boiler dust collector process principle:
The boiler deduster utilizes a wet desulfurization and dust removal technology developed based on the strong mass transfer mechanism of multiphase turbulent flow. It combines centrifugal water film dust removal with spray沸腾 desulfurization and dust removal into one unit. The flue gas containing dust and harmful gases is accelerated through a Venturi and a cyclone, and collides with the atomized liquid injected before the Venturi and the desulfurization liquid sprayed at the top of the tower, forming a swirling force. The gas and liquid are rapidly swirling and thoroughly mixed, rising into the boiling reaction layer. The dust and harmful gases in the flue gas are captured and absorbed by the fine liquid particles in the desulfurization liquid. Due to the large number of interfaces generated by the atomized liquid particles, the efficiency of capturing and absorbing dust and harmful gases per unit volume of liquid is high. The purified flue gas is then discharged into the atmosphere through a dewatering unit, an induced draft fan, and a chimney.

1. The boiler bag dust collector utilizes a segmented room stop wind pulse jet cleaning technology, overcoming the drawbacks of conventional pulse dust collectors and segmented reverse blowing dust collectors. Additionally, the fatigue degree of the filter bags and pulse valves is correspondingly reduced, thereby greatly extending the lifespan of both the bags and the valve plates.
3. Bag replacement and maintenance can be conducted in individual rooms under normal operating conditions without interrupting the system fans. The filter bag mouth features an elastic expanding ring for excellent sealing and reliability. The filter bag frame is made of a polygonal shape, reducing friction between the bag and the frame, extending the bag's lifespan, and making it easier to remove the bags.
4. Utilizing an upper bag removal method, after removing the frame, the soiled bag is dropped into the lower ash bin of the box, and then retrieved through the manhole, streamlining the bag change operation conditions.
5. The cabinet is designed with airtightness, ensuring excellent sealing. The inspection door is made with superior sealing materials, resulting in a very low air leakage rate.
6. The layout of the import and export channels is compact, with minimal air resistance.
7. The dust collector is equipped with insulation to prevent condensation of flue gas due to low temperatures.
