Description of Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger Working Principle:
The spiral channels are sealed with interlaced fillet welds at both ends, and the end seal employs a top cover with gaskets. The two channels are easily cleaned by machinery, primarily used for gas-liquid and liquid-liquid heat exchange; especially suitable for dirty and scaling-prone media.
The spiral plate heat exchanger product sample has been enhanced with four additional data points: effective area, connection height, inclined tube length, and support height, based on customer and equipment unit feedback.
