Spiral plate heat exchangers are nearly ideal heat exchange equipment, featuring fully counter-current flow of media within the exchanger. This design allows for identical flow characteristics between two media, making them suitable for convective heat transfer in gas-gas, gas-liquid, and liquid-liquid systems, as well as for steam condensation and liquid evaporation heat transfer.
Currently, the product's applications are quite extensive.Our company's developed non-fixed-distance spiral plate heat exchangers address the issue of channel blockage, filling a domestic gap.
Explanation of Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger Operating Principle:
The spiral channels are sealed with staggered fillet welds at both ends, with the end face seal utilizing a top cover and gasket sealing structure; the channels are easily cleaned by machinery, primarily used for gas-liquid and liquid-liquid heat exchange; especially suitable for dirty and scaling-prone media.
The spiral plate heat exchanger product sample has been enhanced with four additional data points: effective area, connection height, slanting tube length, and support height, based on user and equipment unit feedback. This facilitates equipment installation and design unit selection, filling a gap in the domestic market for similar products.
