Explanation of Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger Operating Principle:

The spiral channels are sealed with staggered fillet welds at both ends, with the end face seal utilizing a top cover and gasket sealing structure; the channels are easily cleaned by machinery, primarily used for gas-liquid and liquid-liquid heat exchange; especially suitable for dirty and scaling-prone media.

The spiral plate heat exchanger product sample has been enhanced with four additional data points: effective area, connection height, slanting tube length, and support height, based on user and equipment unit feedback.
