6. The heating element uses alloy wire OCr27Al7Mo2 resistance wire, positioned around the furnace chamber, ensuring high temperature uniformity and better thermal field effect.

9. The double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air-cooling system, which allows for rapid surface cooling of the furnace body, with the shell surface temperature below 60 degrees. The furnace tube is fitted with a pair of stainless steel sealing flanges, sealed with silicone gaskets, and includes a mechanical pressure gauge. The temperature control instrument uses PID control to adjust the temperature, featuring 30 stages of programmable temperature control.
