High-temperature Oxygen-Free Oven
Overview of Usage:
This product adheres to the technical specifications of the drying chamber as outlined in GB/T11158-1989, GB2423.2-1989, and other relevant standards, primarily serving the needs of aerospace, petrochemical, electronic, communication, shipbuilding, and scientific research departments for oxidation-free drying, baking, and heat treatment. The oxidation-free oven is filled with inert gases CO2 and N2 within the working chamber during operation, preventing material oxidation during baking. Industrial applications include IC packaging, LCDs, transistors, sensors, diodes, quartz crystal oscillators, and mixed integrated circuit boards.
Product Structure:
1. The oven is assembled from the cabinet, electrical control cabinet, electric heating, and air duct system, featuring a reasonable structure and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2. Full week argon welding, high-temperature-resistant silicone clamp, SUS304 stainless steel electric heater, dust prevention for machine itself.
3. The outer box is made of medium carbon steel plate, coated and baked to prevent dust.
4. The inner lining is made of SUS304 mirror-polished stainless steel plate, cleaned with alkaline soda ash water to remove oil stains and prevent the generation of PARTICLES during baking.
5. The middle barrels are made of SUS304 mirror-polished stainless steel sheets, cleaned with alkaline soda ash water to remove oil stains, and sealed with argon welding to prevent contamination.
6. Insulating Material: Aluminosilicate wool, Heating Elements: Stainless steel heater, Thermocouple
7. Load Carrier Bracket: SUS304 stainless steel perforated mesh panel, in a removable, movable design.
