Cleanroom OvenAlso known as a clean烘箱 or clean oven, it is a special equipment that provides a purified environment. Commonly, it achieves this by using air filters to purify the environment and prevent fine particles in the air from entering the chamber. The air inside the chamber is sealed and recirculated, repeatedly filtered by a 100-grade high-temperature efficient air filter, ensuring the workshop is dust-free. The temperature control instrument automatically regulates the temperature, with precise temperature and time control. It is equipped with an over-temperature automatic power-off and alarm circuit, ensuring reliable control and safe operation.
Applications of Dust-Free Ovens: Suitable for the production and scientific research departments of electronic liquid crystal displays, LCDs, CMOS, IS, pharmaceuticals, and laboratories. Also used for drying, heat treatment, aging, and other high-temperature tests of non-volatile and non-flammable, non-explosive items.
I. Technical Features of the Cleanroom Oven:
1.Operational in standard environments, it ensures the cleanroom inside reaches Class 100 (100-level).
2.Air is delivered horizontally from the rear to the front, then passed through a U.S.-imported 20"×20" H.E.P.A Filter, and directed towards the front door (with a special duct design). The filtration efficiency is 99.99%, Class 100. Exhaust outlet: φ80mm (with an automatic opening and closing damper).
3.The oven is assembled from the cabinet, electrical control panel, electric heating, and air duct system, featuring a rational structure and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
4.Full week argon welding, high-temperature-resistant silicone clamps, SUS304# stainless steel electric heater, dust prevention for the microdust generated by the machine itself.
5.Case Material: The outer case is made of SS41# medium carbon steel plate, coated and baked for paint, which prevents micro-dust.
6.Inner material: Made of 2mm thick mirror finish SUS304 stainless steel plate, cleaned with alkaline soda ash water to remove oil stains and prevent particle formation during baking.
7.Material for medium drum: 2mm thick SUS304 mirror stainless steel sheet, cleaned with alkali soda ash solution, oil stains removed, and argon welding sealed for contamination prevention.

1Utilizing a Japanese FUJI Electric micro temperature controller or an OMRON E5A temperature controller, featuring LED digital display and setup, PID automatic calculation, and thin film setting, with an accuracy of ±0.3%FS.
2Signal Source: Imported Japanese CA Inductive Rod ±0.5%.
3Controlled Output Components: SSR Contactless Signal Output.
