Structural Features
1)The hot air circulation oven is constructed with angle steel, stainless steel plates, and cold rolled steel plates.
2)The insulation is filled with high-density silica aluminum wool (glass wool), ensuring the oven's thermal insulation and user safety.
3)The finned heater can be installed at the bottom, top, or sides.
4)Digital intelligent gauge for temperature control, with LED digital display. PID control mode (fixed-value operation, program operation).
5The blower employs a centrifugal fan.

9)The air source is driven by a circulating fan motor (equipped with a non-contact switch) that rotates the fan blades through a heater, expelling warm air. This air then travels through a duct into the oven's interior chamber. The air used is then drawn back into the duct to become the air source again and is recycled for heating. This ensures uniformity of the indoor temperature. When temperature fluctuations occur due to door opening and closing actions, the air distribution system quickly resumes operation until the set temperature is reached.
