Mafu Furnace Series

Overview of Application:

Box-type resistance furnace, also known as a muffle furnace, is a periodic operation electric furnace, suitable for laboratories in industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units, etc., for heating purposes during chemical analysis, physical measurements, and general small steel parts heat treatment.

Structural Features:

This series of resistance furnaces is equipped with a KSW type temperature controller and nickel-chromium-nickel silicide thermocouple, enabling measurement, indication, and automatic control of the furnace chamber temperature. The electric furnace shell is made by bending and welding thin steel plates. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral lining made of silicon carbide refractory material. The heating element, made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire coiled into a spiral shape, is inserted into the wire grooves on the top, bottom, left, and right of the inner furnace lining. The furnace is a sealed structure. The furnace mouth bricks and door bricks of the electric furnace are made of lightweight refractory materials. Insulation is provided between the inner furnace and the shell using refractory fibers and expanded perlite products.

The furnace door is hinged and securely fastened to the furnace panel. The door rotates smoothly. When closing, turn the handle to engage the door hook, allowing the door to seal tightly against the furnace opening. To open, simply turn the handle, disengage the hook, and place the door on the left side. The thermocouple for temperature measurement is inserted through the thermocouple hole at the back of the furnace and is fixed in place by a mounting bracket.
