This furnace model complies with the JB4311.7-91 standard of the mechanical industry. It features an LTDE programmable control system, and the furnace casing is made of cold-rolled plates and shaped steel, with high-temperature electrostatic powder coating. The back of the furnace utilizes a special manufacturing process with an air intake device, allowing inert gas to be introduced to slow down oxidation and decarburization of the high-temperature heated workpieces. This furnace is suitable for other high-temperature sintering, quenching, and other heat treatment processes that require various gas protection.

Section 2: Furnace Structure and Materials
